Mr. S.B. Mittal, Chairman and Managing Director of the company, is a very seasoned businessman with over 15 years of experience in a wide range of businesses. He has done M.Pharma (Pharma Management & Regulatory Affairs) and Registered Pharmacist with Delhi Pharmacy Council. His clarity of vision, leadership skills, ingenuity in approach and penchant for understanding customer needs has helped the company register spectacular growth and success. He always follows the hands on approach in dealing with clients and associates. He has played an integral role in the management and strategic development of the company since its creation and has been responsible for defining the ethos and moral basis of the Company as a firm with a public conscience. Apart from his critical involvement in business, he is also attached to a number of social groups to contribute to the upbringing of the society.
Mrs. Vandana Mittal, Director
Mrs. Vandana Mittal brings with herself over 8 years of managerial experience. Mrs. Vandana plays an instrumental role in forming business strategies of the company and smoothing its operations. Her focus is on creating and maintaining the efficient high quality integrated delivery of the firm's services to its clients. She believes that every action is a process and there has to be a system for everything. She ensures that these systems are followed.

Marketing:
The Company is marketing its products through overseas network of C/F agents, distributors and stockiest. The Company has a strong sales force and Medical service executives who promote the products and give first hand knowledge about the formulations to the doctors. The stress is on identifying needs of people in terms of the diseases and converting them into cure.
Laboratory:
The Company has an in house modern and well-equipped testing laboratory. The qualified staff and technicians operate the laboratory. Every product coming out of the factory is subjected to stringent quality checks at each stage.
