We are W.H.O G.M.P. certified Company. The quality assurance with us is an organized effort and starts from the very top that is policy-making and decision stage. MENAMED is committed to Quality and the attitude of each personnel of the Company spells QUALITY. So specified quality is ensured for each batch that is manufactured. Every personnel of the Company is a quality conscious person and quality has become a habit with them.
Quality Control of Raw Material Attestation
It is certified and attested that the quality control of raw material and standard procedure for in process Quality Control as given in the preceding documents are verified. We follow the standard of procedure as per laid down in company W.H.O.G.M.P. Pattern.
I give below the standard procedure for quality control of raw material:
- Vendor specification
- Supplier’s Protocol of analytical results.
- Testing based on reference and protocol of random samples from each bag/ box/container
- QC Manager’s acceptance/rejection of material
- Record of all the testing and decisions made
- Storage specification as per standards
- Testing of material at specified frequency during storage
Standard procedure for In-process Quality Control Attestation
